RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY The Sneaker Girls Club does not offer exchanges due to availability when items are returned. 

Returns are non-refundable, please return any items that do not satisfy you completely within 14 days of purchase for a GIFT CARD for the total of the item(s) received, for use in-store or online credit only at thesneakergirlsclub.com. 

We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a gift card is issued.
